The process

Assessing
Team members participate in a comprehensive assessment through the Intercultural Development Inventory, Lumina Spark, or customized tool, followed by 1:1 debriefs

Debrief + Goal-Setting
A whole team review of the assessment - how the individual parts impact the whole - and a space to explore findings and establish areas of focus and outcomes

Ongoing Coaching
A set number of coaching sessions depending on the objectives where we work toward goals and create pathways to change

Way Forward + Close out
A closing alignment meeting to take stock of progress and create a future action plan for accountability and sustainable change
